Use a small, representative sample. Keep the original input, inspect the result, and ask a colleague to repeat the handoff if the work will be shared.
Friction to account for
Designate an owner for the structure. Rehearse export: an exported workspace cannot instantly recreate the original on reupload.

Check the current workspace plan and any optional AI allowances. Migration and structure maintenance take time.
