About Productivity Atlas
A useful directory of productivity software, AI workflows, and automation, with fit and friction in plain sight.
Who this is for
Individuals and small teams choosing tools for knowledge, planning, and automation.
Fit, then friction
Each directory profile names a job the tool might serve, a workflow to try, and a limitation to account for. The entries in this edition are based on official documentation and editorial analysis. We have not assigned star ratings, measured time savings, or labelled these entries as hands-on reviews.
Prices and plan boundaries change, so the directory explains what to check rather than repeating an unmaintained price list. Our workflow guides ask you to rehearse export, review, ownership, and recovery before committing real work.
How inclusion works
A tool belongs here when there is a clear use case and documentation that lets a reader inspect it. The directory is selective, not exhaustive. Category order and listing position do not imply performance ranking. Product names belong to their respective owners; the letter tiles are navigation labels, not vendor logos.
Sources, examples, and authorship
Guides combine source research with editorial synthesis. Source links support the factual descriptions; planning examples and suggested methods are identified as such. These pages do not claim interviews, professional credentials, or named authors who have not contributed.
Commercial relationships
This edition has no sponsored articles, paid directory placements, or affiliate links. If a future page includes a commercial relationship, it must explain that relationship beside the relevant content.
